Dear Green Party of Canada Members,
Once every three years, Canadian political parties are required to have 250 members confirm that they are indeed members via a members declaration form. This Elections Canada compliance requirement is one of those steps we need to take to avoid re-registration. It is an important, but a fairly easy requirement to fulfill. Please take a few minutes to fill out the Elections Canada form. Please ensure that anyone in your home that are members also fill out the form as well as reach out to your fellow members and have them also fill out the form. These forms need to be filled, signed, and mailed back to the Ottawa office BY JUNE 14TH, 2013:
